Our standard delivery charge for all UK mainland orders is £2.95. We use Royal Mail second class recorded post, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, or a courier when required. Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a card. They will then attempt delivery a second time. If they cannot make the delivery on the second attempt, they will leave a second card and you will be asked to arrange collection of the package from their regional depot. If you fail to collect the order from the depot, please note that you will be responsible for all costs of the courier returning the package to us.
We are able to ship some of our smaller items oustide the UK mainland within the EU. If you live within the EU and would like to order from us, please contact us at sales@babygiftstore.co.uk before placing an order and we will let you know whether we will be able to help and provide you with a shipping cost. Payment for orders from non UK mainland customers will normally be via Paypal. Please note that orders placed on the site by overseas customers without contacting us for a shipping cost will normally be cancelled. We are not able to ship any items to the USA or Canada.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday for items retained in stock are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Heydiddlediddle cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
